About Us

We have been in the real estate business in the San Antonio area over a decade and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. Our company has a variety of clients we manage; from serving our Military Veterans to Corporate Executives, we help owners with all types of needs. We even manage properties for licensed real estate agents that live in San Antonio who don't want to mess with managing their own tenants.

We have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.

Meet the Team

Julie Alexander » Property Manager, Owner

Julie Alexander, a native of Texas, has been involved with property management since the mid 90’s. She managed her own investment rentals for many years until Julie moved to San Antonio, Texas in 2005 and started her professional real estate career in San Antonio. She is a graduate of Texas State University and is an active member in several community organizations. Julie is a member of NARPM implementing the organization's standards into River City Management Group, LLC to help promote best practices for property management. Julie currently lives in San Antonio with her husband and two children.
